When we LOVE OTHERS, we are:
living in vibrant community; elevating those around us and seeking their flourishing.

This would include connecting in classes, mentoring, monthly connection opportunities, or a small group. 

Practices
  • Choosing mutual submission with other Christ followers 
  • Hospitality (offering and receiving) 
  • Serving others 
  • Offering and receiving forgiveness

Evidences
  • Elevates and responds to the needs of others (Micah 6:8; Romans 12:9-13; James 2:15-17; 1 John 3:17) 
  • Models the self-emptying posture of Jesus (Philippians 2:3-11) 
  • Offers vulnerability (2 Corinthians 12:9; Galatians 6:2; James 5:13-16)
And let us be concerned about one another in order to promote love and good works, not staying away from our worship meetings, as some habitually do, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day drawing near.”   Hebrews 10:24-25
